That timeless proverb applies entirely to all Angel Plots in Ireland. While the desire to mark an anonymous grave comes from a place of human empathy, acting independently on a site as sensitive as the Angels Plot completely disregards the wishes, rights, and painful realities of the actual families left behind. Hell is full of good wishes or desires.

For the true survivors who are fighting for truth, DNA identification, and legal accountability, an unauthorised monument is not a kind gesture—it is an obstacle to justice. It risks damaging the very evidence needed to uncover the truth about their brothers and sisters, and it forces a narrative on a site that belongs collectively to the victims and their families, not to well-meaning outsiders. As a Survivor of 18 years in similar Religious Institutions, I view the placing of an illegal monument on any Angel Plot as an act of pure vandalism.

The emotional shock of seeing a sacred site violated and learning about this exploitation is a heavy burden, especially for a survivor. Sean Ross Abbey, Angels Plot and all other Angel Plots throughout Ireland are Sacred Ground.

rue respect for the Children & Babies buried at Sean Ross Abbey’s Angel Plot means stepping back, protecting the integrity of the soil, and allowing the forensic and legal processes to go to work. Memorialisation can only be meaningful when it is done legally, collectively, and with the full consent of the survivor community.

The official stance of survivor groups and the state is that investigation and recovery must come first, and permanent memorialisation must come second.

Placing an unauthorised monument on the Angels Plot while it is under active investigation is considered wrong under Irish law and by forensic authorities because it threatens to permanently destroy or compromise vital physical evidence.

While the desire to honour the babies and children buried there is deeply understandable, taking independent action directly interferes with the ongoing legal and scientific processes meant to bring accountability and truth to light.
An unauthorised monument causes severe issues for the investigation in several specific ways:

1.       It Can Destroy Critical Forensic Evidence;-

The Angel’s Plot is essentially an active forensic crime scene and archaeological zone. To find out exactly how many children were buried, where they are located, and how they died, forensic scientists use ground-penetrating radar, soil sampling, and careful test excavations.

•    Ground Disturbance: Clearing ground, levelling dirt, or pouring concrete footings for a monument can crush, shift, or completely destroy delicate infant remains buried close to the surface.

•    Altering Soil Scans: Introducing modern materials like stone, concrete, or metal blocks into the soil can distort radar readings, making it much harder for experts to map the site accurately.

2. It Interferes with the Search for Identifications and Answers;-

The Institutional Burials Act was passed so the State could legally recover human remains, attempt to identify them using DNA, and establish the truth of what happened. An unauthorised monument can permanently obstruct access to a specific area of the ground, delaying or preventing the very excavations needed to find and identify the missing children.

3. It Risks Overwriting the History of Other Families;-

Because the hundreds of babies were buried in secret, unmarked communal areas, no one knows the exact layout of who is buried where. Placing a private monument over a specific patch of grass might inadvertently block access to, or build over, the resting place of someone else's relative. This is why survivor advocacy groups insist that any memorialisation must be collective, coordinated, and done only after the ground has been fully investigated.

4. It Complicates the Legal Prosecution of Those Responsible;-

If a future criminal or state inquiry attempts to hold institutions or individuals legally accountable for the secret burials, the physical state of the burial ground is a key part of the legal evidence. Any unauthorised modification of the site gives defence lawyers an opening to argue that the scene was "tampered with" or "contaminated," which could undermine the legal case for justice.
 
1.       Irreparable Loss of Forensic Stratigraphy;-

In forensic archaeology, the exact layer of soil in which remains or objects are found (the stratigraphy) tells the story of when and how a burial happened. Digging a trench shifts, mixes, and churns these precise soil layers. Once that soil is disturbed by an amateur shovel or machine, that chronological evidence is jumbled and lost forever, making it incredibly difficult for state forensic experts to reconstruct the timeline of the secret burials. 
  
2. Physical Destruction of Infant Remains;-

Because past test scans and limited excavations have shown that fragile infant remains rest directly beneath the topsoil in the Angels Plot, any rogue trench risks physically striking, crushing, or scattering the skeletons of these children. For families hoping for future exhumations and DNA matching to identify their lost brothers or sisters, the physical destruction of these remains steals away their last chance at a proper identification and a dignified, named burial. 

 3. Compromising the Integrity of the "Crime Scene”;-

From a legal standpoint, the Angels Plot must be treated with the strict controls of an active crime scene. If a future state inquiry or criminal prosecution is launched against the institutions or individuals responsible for disposing of these children in secret, defence lawyers can use any evidence of unauthorised digging to argue that the site was "tampered with" or "contaminated." A single illegal trench can be used to cast doubt on the validity of all forensic evidence collected from that area, potentially destroying the chance for legal accountability.

4. Overwriting the Deep, Painful History;-

Intruding upon the soil to pour a concrete base or erect an un-permitted structure effectively builds over a hidden truth. It forces an outsider’s monument onto a space that belongs to the true survivors and the children who were hidden there.

5. An act of pure vandalism
 
Even if the individuals responsible claim they acted out of empathy or a desire to remember the children, the physical reality of their actions tells a very different story. When someone takes a shovel or machinery to a protected, sensitive burial ground like the Angels Plot, it is not a tribute—it is destruction.

6. It is an act of vandalism for several profound reasons:

•    It Desecrates a Resting Place: Digging an unauthorised trench into a known burial site containing the remains of thousands of vulnerable infants is a literal violation of a grave.

•    It Destroys Crucial Legal and Forensic Evidence: A crime scene cannot be altered without consequences. By churning up the soil and pouring concrete, these individuals who place the illegal monument there have physically damaged the very ground that forensic experts need to investigate. This compromises future DNA testing, exhumations, and any hopes of holding the responsible institutions legally accountable. 

•    It Inflicts New Trauma on Real Survivors: For the true survivors who have spent decades fighting for truth, justice, and the memory of their brothers and sisters, seeing their sacred ground dug up by outsiders is a deeply painful violation. It strips away the families' right to decide how their relatives should be collectively and respectfully remembered.

•    Vandalism is defined by the intentional or reckless damage of property, but in this specific case, it is a desecration of history and justice. Good intentions can never excuse the destruction of an active forensic site or the trampling of survivors' rights.

•    Collecting money from well-meaning people under the false pretence of having permission makes this situation even more deplorable. Taking financial advantage of people's grief, empathy, and desire to honour the children adds an element of fraud and financial exploitation to what was already an act of vandalism and desecration.

•    I wish to point out that I was physically assaulted and publicly humiliated by a group of 6 to 7 people at the Angel Plot at Sean Ross Abbey while trying to stop an illegal excavation and the Catholic Priest speak. 

•    Placing an unauthorised monument on the Angels Plot is truly painful for the true survivors who have brothers, sisters there. Good intentions in this case is very wrong.

•    While someone might act out of "good intentions" to ensure the children are no longer forgotten, doing so without permission is deeply misguided and harmful for several reasons:

•    It Takes Away the Right of True Families to Decide: True survivors and families have waited decades for the truth. When an outsider or unauthorised person installs a monument, they take away the right of the actual families to collectively decide how, when, and where their siblings and children should be honoured.

•    It Re-traumatises the Community: For families fighting for official state intervention, DNA identification, and accountability, seeing unauthorised changes to the landscape causes immense distress and anxiety. It creates a fear that the ground is being altered or closed off before justice can be served.

•    True Justice Requires Careful, Coordinated Steps: The survivor community has worked tirelessly to ensure that memorialisation is done right—collectively, respectfully, and only after forensic experts have safely completed their work to protect the remains of every single child.

•     The grounds of Sean Ross Abbey are not public property where individuals can carry out earthworks. Unauthorised digging constitutes criminal damage and trespass on private/administered land.

•    Angels Plot at Sean Ross Abbey. Because this site is a known burial ground containing human remains and is protected as an archaeological monument, an illegal dig is a serious criminal offence under Irish law. 

•    I also understand that is covered under Violation of The Institutional Burials Act 2022 specifically oversees former Mother and Baby Home sites where "manifestly inappropriate burials" occurred. The law tightly regulates access and designates that only a state-appointed Director of Authorised Intervention can mandate or execute earthworks. Any independent action that bypasses or interferes with this statutory structure is unlawful. 

•    The Institutional Burials Act 2022 specifically oversees former Mother and Baby Home sites where "manifestly inappropriate burials" occurred. The law tightly regulates access and designates that only a state-appointed Director of Authorised Intervention can mandate or execute earthworks. Any independent action that bypasses or interferes with this statutory structure is unlawful.

•    Offences Under the National Monuments Acts (1930 to 2014);-

•    Because Sean Ross Abbey is a legally registered historic and archaeological site, the grounds are protected by state monument laws.

•    Unauthorised Archaeological Excavation: Under Section 26 of the National Monuments Act, it is a criminal offence to dig or excavate anywhere in the state for the purpose of searching for or uncovering archaeological features or objects without a license issued by the Minister. 

•    Injury or Interference with a Monument: Section 14 makes it illegal to dig, plough, or otherwise disturb the ground in the vicinity of a protected monument.

•    Penalties: On indictment, violations of the National Monuments Acts can carry severe penalties, including hefty fines of up to €126,972 and/or up to 12 months in prison.

I have said this for many years on my website that there were more Babies and Children to be found secretly dumped on the grounds of Tuam Mother and Baby Home and every other Religious run Institution in Ireland. 

At the time, I put a figure of probably more than 1,200 to 1,800 more Babies and Children disposed of into mass Grave-Pits or Septic Tanks in Tuam Mother and Baby Home, are still to be found. 

The Irish Catholic Church atrocity as an impossible-to-reach benchmark for moral outrage has worked to excuse the inexcusable, the deliberate murder and cruel disposal of Babies and Children into a Septic Tank at Tuam Mother and Baby Home are clearly Crimes against Humanity.

I say that the barbarous Bon Secours Sisters that ran Tuam Mother and Baby Home commit sadistic acts of violence, by knowingly disposing of the Babies and Children into the Mother and Baby Home Septic Tank, which proves my point. 

The innately “evil,” of the Irish Catholic Church ‘s ideology and tyranny towards Unmarried Women and their Children begs a number of questions.

As we know like the Nazis, that if you marginalise any group of people, then you can commit the worst atrocities on them. 

The Irish Catholic Church of Pedophiles are out of touch with the Irish People on their Genocide of Babies and Children of Tuam Mother and Baby Home and all the other Religious run Institutions that the Irish Catholic Church ran in Ireland. 

I pose another question;- Have we as a Nation become immune to the worst atrocities of the Irish Catholic Church? 

Do we as a people recoil at this shocking news story breaking on our social media platforms? or do we think to ourselves, ha, it was a long time ago, another time long in the past, or maybe the story is set in another country far away from us and not Holy Ireland? 

Or the many that will look away and will think;- Ha! yes its now coming to Xmas in a couple of weeks time, I can’t be bothered to read that story, it too depressing, after all I have to buy rubbish toys and Xmas decorations to put up. 

The “indifference” of “bystanders” to the plight of the Babies and Children disposed of in a Septic Tank. “Indifferent” is defined as “having a lack of interest in or concern about something.  Like the Unwed Mothers in the Mother and Baby Homes, their desperate deprivations and suffering at the hands of evil Nuns. 

Many older ordinary Irish People claimed that they were “not involved”—in essence, that they were “bystanders.” Refusal to take any responsibility for what happened, however, obscures the reality of the involvement of people at all levels of Irish Society and beyond. Many older Irish People I spoke to say that their families had their laundry done at their local Magdalene Laundry, and didn’t think anything about it. 

A few older ordinary Irish People I met over the years have spoken in shame that their old Aunt, or other female family relative, worked in a Magdalene Laundry. The shock to me was that when I asked why their old Aunt, or other female family relative, was in a Magdalene Laundry they claimed that they did not know. 

Many more of us will be planning to attend maybe midnight Mass on Xmas Eve at their local Churches. Sadly, very few will think about the Babies and Children in Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home Septic Tank, as they gorge on an orgy of food and drink. The Babies and Children in the Septic Tank never knew of Xmas, nor a single act of kindness.

I ask another question? Do we as a Nation say to ourselves in quiet moments, that what we hear or read in our media about the Septic Tank in Tuam Mother and Baby Home is fake news? 

 Yet I hear people say;- ‘let bygone be begone”, What does that mean I ask myself, like as in “forget and forgive”, we can’t we mustn’t .. It’s outrageous to even say so, “forget and forgive” the murderous  Nuns for flushing more than 850 Babies and Children into a Septic Tank, Never. 

Another excuse I hear all the time from so many;- “Oh the poor, poor Nuns, they did their best”. I always answer sarcastically,  Yes, sure they, the cruel Nuns did their very best, their very best was, starving, murdering and dumping and disposing of over 850 vulnerable and unloved Babies and Children like used shit toilet paper into their Septic Tank. 

Please remember that at Xmas, The Bon Secours Sisters that ran Tuam Mother and Baby Home, feasted on an orgy of the finest food and drink available, while the Babies and Children in their care, died from hunger and neglect. 

The Bon Secours Sisters always had money for Xmas decorations, Xmas Trees and all the trinkets and lights. They also gave expensive Xmas presents to themselves, the local Priests, and the local Bishop and Archbishop. The Bon Secours Sisters claim that they never had enough money to feed the Babies and Children in their care, yet they received money directly from the Irish Government for every child in their care. 

Also the Bon Secours Sisters made huge money illegally trafficking over 1,000 stolen Babies and Children from Tuam Mother and Baby Home, alone. Please remember, no Nun or Cleric ever died from hunger, none. In addition, the Bon Secours Sisters made money from their farm, and made even more money from the Irish Government, for funeral expenses, for each child that died. The Bon Secours Sisters took that funeral money, and still flushed the Babies and Children into the Septic Tank. 

We know today that in 65% of  Child deaths, The Bon Secours Sisters that ran Tuam Mother and Baby Home did not report the death of a child, because they wanted to still collect Irish Government money for each child, dead or alive. We also know that the Bon Secours Sisters altered the books to keep the money flowing in.  

Yes they, The Clerics done their best, their very best was beating and raping vulnerable Babies and Children, using both brutal mental and physical torture, and even death, which was committed daily on the all vulnerable Babies and Children and their Mothers in their care. 

Slavery was a normal part of all Religious run Institution in Ireland. The selling of Babies and Children was purely for profit, profit that fattened the Irish Catholic Church. 
The Irish Slaves of all the Mother and Baby Homes and other Religious run Institutions in Ireland were considered in Irish law as property and chattel, of the Pedophilic Irish Catholic Church. 

All the Babies and Children, and their Mothers were deprived of all their human rights and dignity, inside these Religious run Institutions in Ireland.

The illegal Trafficking and selling of 10s of thousands of both Mothers and their Babies and Children for profit abroad were considered Ireland’s biggest export market at the time, the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s. 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and way into the 1990s.

I say that unspoken crimes against the Babies and Children in all the Religious run Institutions in Ireland have been committed. I also say that what is now discovered in Tuam Mother and Baby Home are clearly Crimes against Humanity.

I say that a lot of other acts of cruelty and violence by the barbaric Bon Secours Sisters was simply committed and premeditated, and that many of those kinds of perpetrators, under the cloak of their Religious Indoctrination, now say that they actually feel regret and shame for their murderous actions afterwards. 

They say that I am sorry but sorry doesn't cut it with me, after all I was 18 years in these same Religious run Institutions in Ireland, as was my Grandmother, my Mother, my Brother. 

The brutish Bon Secours Sisters now only feel regret and shame, because their dark secrets of muderous shame, which they had hid for 50 years, have finally been exposed. The disposed, brutalised Babies and Children discovered in their Septic Tanks and now another Grave-Pitt are now finally exposed. The very act of flushing over 850 Babies and Children into a Septic Tank should shock the conscience. 

How both the brutish Nuns and the Irish Catholic Church that ran the Mother and Baby Homes in Ireland, became evil, is a question to be answered by others. 

How ordinary Religious people that ran all the Religious run Institutions in Ireland, willingly commit Genocide and Mass Murder, on vulnerable Babies and Children  under the cloak of their twisted Religion, is not a mystery, it was simply, because they could, they were the absolute power to be feared in Ireland. Their Religion allowed them to get away with everything, even murder under the cloak of their Religion. 

After all, the brutish Irish Catholic Church and the Catholic Church in general, always had a desire to control others, encourage their dependency needs and discourage their capacity to think for themselves. In pursuit of their own selfish motives, they are and were able to push their brain dead Religious Orders of pedophilic Clerics and other fanatical followers to engage in any evil acts.

Amnesty International states that;-

“There must be no safe havens, for those who commit the worst crimes imaginable against Children and can no longer hide. All States should show their commitment to international justice.”

There is a fact that most people who do evil do not think of themselves as doing evil, most of them regard themselves as good people who are trying to defend themselves as the good guys fighting against the forces of evil. 


Where does evil come from? I was once asked, I replied the Bible. But as we now know that evil itself is the Irish Catholic Church. I have said it is time, we need to bring the evil Irish Catholic Church to full account.

Many Irish People may not want to be reminded that there was an Euthanasia Program, secretly supported and funded by the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church that operated in all Mother and Baby Homes in Ireland. 

The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church felt that Unwed Mother and their offspring did not measure up to their concept or purity of a Catholic Ireland. A few Babies and Children in the Mother and Baby Homes were deemed "unworthy of life” according to the Irish Catholic Church, hence flushing Babies and Children into Septic Tanks or cesspools in some Mother and Baby Homes.

The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church also felt that many of the Unwed Mothers and their offsprings were considered "unworthy of life” I can speak from experience, that the 4 years I spent in St. Patrick’s on the Navan Road, Dublin and then 5 years in an Orphanage in Stillorgan in Dublin that there were a few vulnerable children in these 2 Religious run Homes with down syndrome and other genetic disorders. 

Babies and Children born in Mother and Baby Homes in Ireland with down syndrome and other genetic disorders, were viewed as "unworthy of life” to both the Religious run Institutions and Irish Society in general. The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church felt that these Babies and Children with down syndrome and other genetic disorders, should be disposed of because they were a threat to Irish genetic purity, and, ultimately, "unworthy of life”.

Sadly, these Babies and Children in all the Mother and Baby Homes in Ireland with down syndrome and other genetic disorders were targeted for disposal of, by the Religious Orders of Clerics running these Homes by depriving these same Babies and Children of both medicines and food. 

This Euthanasia Program was instigated by the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church in secret and required the cooperation of all the Religious Orders of Nuns, their willing Doctors, and the Chaplains that operated in all the Religious run Institutions in Ireland. The cooperating Doctors and the Nuns in charge of the Ward, who reviewed the medical files of these vulnerable Babies and Children in the Mother and Baby Homes with genetic disorders, had the absolute power of life and death over these vulnerable Babies and Children.

In many cases the doctors also supervised the actual disposal of the Babies and Children, with the help of both the Ward Nun and the Chaplain. 

Doomed Infants and children with genetic disorders were also disposed of by injection with a deadly dose of drugs and starvation. The bodies of the dead Babies and Children were in some cases sold to Irish medical Institutions, including Universities, by the Nuns. 

There are records in the archives to support all of this. The disposed bodies of the Babies and Children were further violated by been dissected up for anatomical study. Some of these same Babies and Children are still stored in glass jars at a few of the Irish medical schools
The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church continued this program in secret throughout all its Religious run Institutions in Ireland. About 10,000 to 15,000 Babies and Children with down syndrome and other genetic disorders were disposed of, murdered between 1922 and 1996.
Please remember that many other Babies and Children died through the illegal Vaccine Trials that took place in many Religious run Institutions in Ireland. The WelcomeTrust was one of the biggest drug companies in the world at the time. The Irish Government now acknowledges that there were 5 illegal Vaccine Trials that took place at Mother and Baby Homes, Orphanages and Industrial Schools throughout Ireland.

The Irish Catholic Church made millions from the Wellcome Trust for the illegal use of vulnerable Babies and Children in these Religious run Institution in Ireland. Consent was never sought from the Mothers or other Family Members.  

I, myself was part of these illegal Vaccine Trials that took place at St. Patrick’s on the Navan Road, Dublin the biggest Mother and Baby Home in Ireland. 
 
 
The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church authorises the beginning of the Euthanasia Program the killing of the impaired—the systematic killing of those Babies and Children to whom the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church deem "unworthy of life.” The Irish Catholic Church engineered a chilling eugenics program in all its Religious run Institutions in Ireland. 
  
At first, Doctors and Nuns in these Mother and Baby Homes were encouraged to neglect the Babies and Children with down syndrome and other genetic diseases. Thus, the vulnerable Babies and Children died of starvation and other diseases. Something else, we now know from the archives that the Nuns still collected Irish State Allowance for each child, whether the Baby or Child was dead or alive in all the Mother and Baby Homes. 
 
Later, groups of "Consultants" from the Wellcome Trust and other Medical Drug Companies visited the Mother and Baby Homes and decide who will live, who will die. The Irish Catholic Church advocated disposal of unwanted children in accordance with their ideological views.

The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church aimed to completely exclude Unwed Mother and their Offsprings and other minorities from everyday Irish life. Many leading Irish people in power at the time sympathised with many of the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church views. After all everybody in Ireland knew that the real political power in Ireland resided, solely with the very powerful Irish Catholic Church. 
 
I will paraphrase something Martin Niemöller said during the Nazi era. Martin Niemöller was a prominent Lutheran pastor in Germany at the time, in the 1920s and early 1930s;- 
 
“First they came for the Unwed Mothers and their Children, and I did not speak out—because I was not an Unwed Mother nor a Child of an Unwed Mother.
Then they came for the Irish Travellers, and I did not speak out—because I was not an Irish Traveller.

Then they came for the Gays, and I did not speak out—because I was not Gay.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me”.

“That I believe that the Irish People had been complicit through their silence in the Irish Catholic Church’s imprisonment, persecution, and murder of Unwed Mother their Children in all their Religious run Institutions in Ireland. 
  
I say that many in Ireland at the time and even to this very day failed to accept responsibility for the criminal actions of the Irish Catholic Church. Irish Catholic Church atrocities were committed in plain sight in every part of Ireland, not just in their Religious run Institutions, but in many parishes in Ireland. 
 
I also say that many powerful Irish People, and politicians at the time, failed to accept personal responsibility for their complicity in the Irish Catholic Church’s cruel regime.  Through silence, indifference, and inaction and many turned a blind eye in passing the blame onto the Unwed Mothers, their Children, and the so call deviants that the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church called anyone who was not aligned with the Irish Catholic Church’s, twisted ethos. 
 
 We must remember that most Irish People at the time enthusiastically welcomed the Irish Catholic Church’s regime. The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church consolidated their absolute power at home. The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church encourage what they called “mercy killings” or “euthanasia” carried out in secret in all their Religious run Institutions in Ireland. 
 
This is why the Bon Secours Sisters in Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home carried out their atrocity in their Mother and Baby Home, by disposing of their 800 vulnerable Babies and Children into a Septic Tank. That Septic Tank with the bodies of 800 vulnerable Babies and Children was approved by the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church. It was considered “mercy killings” by the Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church. 
 
 The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church same policy of “mercy killings” applied to every Religious run Institutions in Ireland. 
 
The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church relied entirely on their twisted views in its decisions. The Nuns that ran these Mother and Baby Homes did not examine a single child, they might have consulted with a doctor in some cases. The Nuns would never even speak to the families involved. Once a decision to dispose of a child was made by the Nuns, the Nuns would never tell the child’s Unwed Mother. The Baby’s death came quickly, and within a few minutes the vulnerable Baby was flushed into their Septic Tank. 
 
According to the thinking of that time, in the case of the vulnerable Baby and Children, killing seemed somehow justifiable. Image the Irish Catholic Church even believing this, and they talk about the right of life. 
 
I say that the Nuns cruel actions like the use of sleeping drugs, the Baby and Children were murdered by a variety of other methods, including poisoning, starvation, being left to die of exposure in unheated buildings, was murder. Plus we have the illegal disposal of the vulnerable Baby and Children into a Septic Tank.
 
As the Nuns would say later that “there was no killing, strictly speaking. The Nuns felt this is not murder, it is a putting-to-sleep” The Hierarchy of the Irish Catholic Church view and their duty they believe was to rescue the “fit” Baby and baptise him or her for the future by weeding out the “unfit” in the present.
 
According to the teachings of the Catholic Church when someone is baptised, that person is joyfully made a child of God the Father, a brother or sister of Christ, and a member of the people of God, the Church. We now know that is all bullshit. None of the Babies and Children disposed of in the Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home’s Septic Tank were ever baptise.
 
The Babies and Children disposed of in the Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home’s Septic Tank were never baptise, instead they were immersing in the shit and piss waters of the Homes Septic Tank. These Babies and Children disposed of were now washed with shit and piss, never to become children of God. 

How can the Irish Catholic Church live with the knowledge that they have facilitated mass murder. Please don’t take my word for it, just read all or any of the official Reports below.

I lay out my case below. I am not legally trained, but I am open to corrections. Irish Law still applies; the Irish Government need to do their job and hold both the Irish Catholic Church and the Bon Secours Sisters accountable. Both Irish Law and European Law is very clear on this matter. 
 
Infanticide Act, 1949
 
(1)    On the preliminary investigation by the District Court of a charge against a woman for the murder of her child, being a child under the age of twelve months, the Justice may, if he thinks proper, alter the charge to one of infanticide and send her forward for trial on that charge.
 
(2)     Where, upon the trial of a woman for the murder of her child, being a child under the age of twelve months, the jury are satisfied that she is guilty of infanticide, they shall return a verdict of infanticide.
 
(3)     A woman shall be guilty of felony, namely, infanticide if—
 
 (a) by any wilful act or omission she causes the death of her child, being a child under the age of twelve months, and

(b) the circumstances are such that, but for this section, the act or omission would have amounted to murder, and
 
(c) at the time of the act or omission the balance of her mind was disturbed by reason of her not having fully recovered from the effect of giving birth to the child or by reason of the effect of lactation consequent upon the birth of the child and may for that offence be tried and punished as for manslaughter. 
 
(4) Section 60 of the Offences Against the Person Act, 1861, shall have effect as if the reference therein to the murder of any child included a reference to infanticide.
 
There is in Irish Law;- Offences Against The Person Act, 1861

60. If any woman shall be delivered of a child, every person who shall, by any secret disposition of the dead body of the said child, whether such child died before, at, or after its birth, endeavour to conceal the birth thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanour, and being convicted thereof shall be liable, at the discretion of the court, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding two years, with or without hard labour: 
 
Provided, that if any person tried for the murder of any child shall be acquitted thereof, it shall be lawful for the jury by whose verdict such person shall be acquitted to find, in case it shall so appear in evidence, that the child had recently been born, and that such person did, by some secret disposition of the dead body of such child, endeavour to conceal the birth thereof, and thereupon the court may pass such sentence as if such person had been convicted upon an indictment for the concealment of the birth.
 
Corpse concealment involves hiding a body for criminal purposes for many different reasons, such as destroy evidence of a murder or avoid the discovery of the victim. Although defendants could argue that they did not conceal the corpse with any criminal intent, but rather to spare themselves or others from emotional distress or to honor the wishes of the deceased. However, these arguments are often challenging to substantiate, and defendants may encounter significant legal obstacles when attempting to justify their actions.
 
Herein, we report a case involving the concealment of a woman's corpse by her father. Autopsy and histological investigations were significantly limited due to the advanced decomposition of the body. Nevertheless, by integrating these data with radiological findings obtained from total body CT and micro-CT of the larynx-hyoid complex, hanging was deemed the cause of death. Additionally, the psychological evaluation of the father indicated that the act of concealment was motivated by emotions rather than criminal intent.
 
The disposed bodies of Babies and Children found in a Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home in County Galway, run by The Bons Secours Sisters, was clearly a crime. The Bons Secours Sisters cover up was a worse crime, the cover-up is often considered worse than the initial crime because it involves a conscious decision to deceive, betray public trust, and potentially obstruct justice, this is what the Bons Secours Sisters did. 

The disposed bodies of Babies and Children were not disposed of in ways that we would typically assume to be humane today, or any other day. 

Instead of respectful individual treatment, the disposed bodies of the Babies and Children were left in piles to decompose, inside a Septic Tank. Their identities were stripped away as were there lives. There was no Dignity in death.

Tampering with the bodies of dead Babies and Children was motivated by a desire to dispose of bodies to cover up their crimes. The horrendous crimes of  The Bons Secours Sisters that ran the Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home in County Galway. 

Here, necrocide is the violation of the long tradition of burial by inhumation. It's the inappropriate practice of tampering with remains.

"Necrocide" has two distinct meanings: in a medical context, it can refer to a substance that causes necrotic cell death, while in a historical and sociological context, it refers to the desecration of remains and graves to conceal mass crimes or to violate the sanctity of the dead. 

Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home - Babies and Children were stripped, not only of their dignity but of all clothing and personal items, the abandoned bodies were flushed or piled inside a used and later a disused Septic Tank. 

This discarding of Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home Babies and Children bodies is a performance acted out through the lack of appropriate burials. The absence of respect and dignity afforded to the dead Babies and Children suggests that the Nuns, the Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home beliefs about those, vulnerable Babies and Children, that they both, the Bon Secours Sisters and the Irish Catholic Church, held in utter contempt. 

Irish Authorities are checking indications that the disposed Babies and Children in the Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home, fell victim to the Irish Catholic Church’s "euthanasia" program which killed thousands of Children with mental and physical disabilities, in other Religious run Institutions in Ireland. 

Of the 796 skeletons of disposed Babies and Children believed to have been aged between one day, and nine years of age. All the disposed Babies and Children were buried without coffins. A few of the disposed Babies and Children’s skulls show signs of possible physical disabilities. 

“There's a vague preliminary suspicion that a few of the Babies and Children were euthanasia cases" 

Around 170,000 Babies and children were detained in the Religious run Institutions of Ireland. All were deemed "unworthy of life" thousands were sold off, many were beaten, most were raped and a few even murdered.

Throughout the years of the Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home existence, there were  several advertisements in the Tuam Herald Newspaper, placed by the Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home for “
“Tenders for Coffins”. 

One such Advertisement for the year 1939 read as follows. 
 
“Tender for Coffins” for Children’s Home, plain and mounted, in three sizes, must be 1” thick, made of seasoned white deal, clean and free from knots and slits, pitched and stained in large, medium, small sizes. Mounting must be similar make, but mounted with Electro Brassed Grips, Breast and Crucifix.”

These advertisements appeared sporadically indicating that deaths were a regular occurrence in Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home. 

A staggering number of Babies and Children lost their lives in Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home. The following figures are shocking;-

For the years 1925 - 1926, 57 Babies and Children, aged between one month and three years, (plus two, aged six and eight years) died in the Children’s Home.

Of this number, 21 died of measles, other causes were convulsions, gastroenteritis, bronchitis, tuberculosis, meningitis, and pneumonia. 

Another outbreak of measles for the months November to December in 1936, took the lives of 22 Babies and Children, all under 3 years of age. 

For the years 1930 to 1960 (when the last death was recorded), 

Other causes of death were as follows; pertussis (otherwise known as whooping cough), anaemia, influenza, nephritis (kidney inflammation), laryngitis, congenital heart disease, enteritis, epilepsy, spinal bifida, chicken pox, general oedema (dropsy), coeliac disease, birth injury, sudden circulatory failure, and fit. 

Measles became less of an epidemic. Most of these Babies and Children, were under three years old. 

The Tuam Cemetery Register of Tuam’s Town in County Galway is now in the keeping of Galway County Council. Only two of the Children who had died in Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home, were registered in this book, and have been buried with their families. 

If the Tuam Town Cemetery Register, records only 2 Children from Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home that were buried, in Tuam’s Town Cemetery, then it begs the bigger question- 
“Where were all the other 794 Babies and Children buried”? 

When the Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home  were asked did they keep a Register Record of the Babies and Children who died in their Mother and Baby Home, and more important where were these other 794 Babies and Children Buried. 

The Bon Secours Sisters said when contacted that they did not have any Death Records on Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home, that when they left Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home in the 1960s, that all their Records were handed over to Galway County Council. 

Galway County Council later handed over Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home Records to the Western Health Board in Galway. 

But the Western Health Board in County Galway say that they have no knowledge of any Birth and Death Register for Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home.

In fact the Western Health Board now say that the Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home never gave them any Birth and Death Register of the Babies and Children, born or died in Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home. The Western Health Board also say that Galway County Council never gave them any Records from the Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home. 

The Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home also say that they had no knowledge of any Babies and Children flushed into or disposed off into a Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home that they ran. 

The Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home also told the local An Garda Síochána that the Babies and Children in the Septic Tank were Famine Children. 

Of course the local An Garda Síochána of Tuam Town in County Galway would always believed the Holy Nuns. 

The Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home also told the local newspapers, the national newspapers and the international newspapers and world media, that the Babies and Children in the Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home that they ran were simply Famine Children.

The Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home also hired the biggest PR Firm in Ireland, run by Terry Prone that the Babies and Children in the Septic Tank were Famine Children.

The Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home knew that all this was a lie. 
So, it begs that question;-

Why would anybody believe anything the Bon Secours Sisters say, in regarding Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home Records, or the Septic Tank.

These 796 Babies and Children in the Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home were innocent victims of the Catholic Church’s regime. This was a cleansing' of mentally, physically disabled Babies and Children by the Bon Secours Sisters who ran Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home in County Galway. 

These same Babies and Children in the Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home were part of a program aimed at “cleansing” the Irish gene pool of those the Irish Catholic Church deemed unfit for a master race of  pure Irish Catholics.
Again I must quote the Irish Catholic Bishops, who said in the late 1940s;- 
 
1. ”There must be no squeamish sentimentalism about our duty to preserve the purity of Irish motherhood through the sanctity of holy matrimony, according to the rites and traditions of the Irish Catholic Church.
 
2. “We must hasten this process with cold ruthlessness.” in eliminating this scourge from our pure Irish society, these unwed women, and their filth, their offsprings.’ 
 
The Irish Catholic Church used various methods to dispose of the corpses of their victims, the vulnerable Women and Children, who were enslaved in their Religious run Concentration Camps, like, The Mother and Baby Homes, The Magdalene Laundries, The Industrial Schools and Orphanages of Ireland. Who in the eyes of the powerful Irish Catholic Church, where the scourge, the filth of a pure Irish Catholic Society. 
 
These Babies and Children disposed of in the Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home, County Galway, Ireland, will hopefully never again vanish completely from the consciousness of Ireland. 
 
The Babies and Children disposed of in the Septic Tank at Tuam’s Mother and Baby Home, County Galway, Ireland was really a profound contempt for human life, a grotesque crime, committed by both the Irish Catholic Church and the Bon Secours Sisters, plain and simple.

The Philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche said-  Sometimes people don’t want to hear the truth because they don’t want their illusions destroyed.
 
Sean Ross Abbey is to the South of Rosecrea in County Tipperary, Ireland.  
 
The Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary came to Sean Ross Abbey in 1932.
 
Sean Ross Abbey was a Mother and Baby Home, which operated from about 1932 to 1970. Babies born to unmarried girls in the home were put up for adoption, 487 of them into America. 
 
Returns for Sean Ross Abbey between April 1st, 1960, and March 31st, 1967, indicate that, of the 634 children adopted in that time, 111 went to the US, nine to England and two to Scotland.
 
Since 1932 the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran,  Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home, sold approximately 1,789 Babies and Children from Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home. Many of the Babies and Children from Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home were sold illegally, as selling of Babies was illegal before 1953. 
 
The illegal selling of Babies and Children into North America and elsewhere was a huge and profitable business for both the Mother and Baby Homes and the Irish Catholic Church. 
 
Although the number of babies born at Sean Ross Abbey declined rapidly in the 1950s, adoptions greatly increased due to the introduction of a legal process of adoption in 1953.
 
The Lost Child of Philomena Lee by Martin Sixsmith and the film Philomena, based on it, concern the controversial adoption of Michael Hess, born Anthony Lee to an unwed Mother, Philomena Lee at Sean Ross Abbey in 1952. 
 
The graves of an unknown number of unwed Mothers and babies are located in the unmarked area known as the Angels Plot.
 
In February 2018,  the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran, Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home put it up for sale, a large part of the campus, exclusive of St. Anne's school and the cemeteries, which was to continue to be maintained by the Congregation of Sisters, and remain accessible. 

On 27 July 2020, Journalist Alison O'Reilly, uncovered the names of the 1,024 children who died in Sean Ross Abbey. The story was printed in the Irish Daily Star after the details were secured under the Freedom of Information Act. 

A total of 1,090 “ Babies & Children” died in Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home over a thirty-seven-year period. Though the number of 1,090 “ Babies & Children” is much higher, maybe over 2,000, the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran, Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home, were criminally neglect in keeping records, because they knew they were committing crimes. 

The official death list, also revealed how 128 children died from "Marasmus" - meaning severe malnutrition. Again we cannot accept that figure, because the Nuns didn’t keep records, we can safely say, that over 1,500 died from neglect. 

“Marasmus is a severe form of protein-energy malnutrition caused by a long-term lack of calories, leading to extreme weight loss, muscle wasting, and emaciation”.

Child neglect is also a crime, the Babies & Children were deliberately starved to death by the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home. 

“Child Neglect is defined as any confirmed or suspected egregious act or omission by a child’s parent or other caregiver that deprives the child of basic age-appropriate needs and thereby results, or has reasonable potential to result, in physical or psychological harm to the child. Child neglect encompasses abandonment; lack of appropriate supervision; failure to attend to necessary emotional or psychological needs; and failure to provide necessary education, medical care, nourishment, shelter, and/or clothing.” 

—(1) It shall be an offence for any person who has the custody, charge or care of a child wilfully to assault, ill-treat, neglect, abandon or expose the child, or cause or procure or allow the child to be assaulted, ill-treated, neglected, abandoned or exposed, in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering.  Irish Law-European Law. 

Affect hunger is the cosmic glue that binds the newborn to their mother. It is the invisible drive that anchors, guides, and warmly welcomes the infant into the world. The Cruel Nuns in all Mother and Baby Homes would always separate the new born Babies from their Mothers. 
The Babies would never receive a warm welcome from a group of vicious Nuns. According to the Nuns these Babies were the "spawn of the devil" In reality the real “Devil’s Spawn” were the Clerics that ran the Religious Institutions, who were inherently evil, deceitful, and murderous. 

No Nun ever died from Marasmus, and please remember that Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home had a working farm as part of their property. Also the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary were paid by the Irish Government for every child born at Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home. 

There is a long history of starvation, at all the Religious run Institutions throughout Ireland. Starvation was a weapon of mass control in all the Religious run Institutions throughout Ireland. As was, rape, beatings, torture, fear and death. Starvation itself was woven throughout the Religious run Institution in Ireland and as a tragic consequence of disease, and the cruelty of the Clerics that ran these Religious run Institutions. 

When I was in the Industrial School in Tralee, County Kerry, hunger and starvation was the norm for every boy in the Industrial School. Some boys in my Industrial School in Tralee, County Kerry died from starvation, as did many other boys and Girls in other Religious run Institutions throughout Ireland.

There is nothing ambiguous about starvation. There was no excuse as to why 128 children died from “Marasmus” in Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home. 

Starvation of Babies & Children was and is a crime against humanity, and an act of genocide according to the International Criminal Law. Child abuse can be categorised into four different types: neglect, emotional abuse, physical abuse and sexual rape.

The use of starvation by the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home was a crime. And is explicitly prohibited under Article 54 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions and is defined as a war crime under Article 8(2)(b)(xxv) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

The Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home, deliberately, deprived the Babies & Children of essential foods, water, and medicine and was illegal and morally indefensible. Famine can constitute a crime a crime against humanity, the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary that ran Sean Ross Abbey’s Mother and Baby Home committed such a heinous crime.

Other causes of deaths include convulsions and exhaustion, while two babies died from sun and heat stroke. One death certificate shows a child died from acute heart failure as a result of choking on porridge. 

The number of Babies & Children’s deaths in Sean Ross Abbey, is higher than the registered deaths in the Tuam mother and baby home where 796 children died, as well as the 817 in Bessborough in County Cork.

Official Records concerning the Sean Ross Mother and Baby Home show that more than 1,000 children and 29 mothers died there or in the District Hospital, Roscrea, where they were sent when they became very ill. 

What is shocking is that there is no evidence that any record of burials was kept by the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, who owned and ran the Sean Ross Mother and Baby Home, despite a Canon Law requirement to keep a record of burials. There is no certainty about where these Babies and Children are buried.

         The Commission of Investigation said that an affidavit about the burials provided by the Congregation, The Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary was "in many respects, speculative, inaccurate and misleading”. In other words, the Nuns lied. 

         The Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary also said the Babies & Children buried at Sean Ross Abbey were buried without cost to local or Central Government. The Commission of Investigation dismissed this, saying it was -
“not true in respect of some, if not all, of the burials”, and said it had seen evidence of burial bills being sent to the local authority.
